If you are like me the need for sweets is a everyday problem, especially while on the Keto diet – until now. This is the simplest keto ice cream recipie — and it is DELICIOUS!
What you’ll need:
Heavy whipping cream
Swerve sweeter or trivia
Any desired flavors/toppings
Mason jar with lid
First fill a mason jar with heavy whipping cream making sure to leave a little room at the top to add ingrediants such as pecans, chocolate chips, etc. You can get as creative as you want with flavors 🙂
Next add vanilla to your liking. I usually add about a tbsp because I like my ice cream to have lots if vanilla flavor.
Then add about 2 tbsp of sweetener and desired toppings. I usually put about 1/2 tsp coco powder as I like just a touch of chocolate flavor in my ice cream. I also add pecans for a nice crunch.
Finally, apply lid to the jar and shake vigorously for a minute or so to combine all ingredients.
Then, place in freezer for 3 or more hours. Set out to thaw a bit before serving or pop in microwave for a few seconds.
